and Testing Results

Cellmate Wellness Systems™ has been focusing much of its research energies at helping inform health care practitioners and parents of ASD children as well as helping the children get better. We firmly believe that the best way to accomplish this is to educate all parties in a clear and concise fashion.

Laboratory testing should be a cornerstone of the ASD child's program. Unfortunately, often times the sequence of testing being promoted is illogical and does not provide the maximum benefits to the child's overall health status. Some suggest fatty acid testing as a beginning point of lab testing. It is our opinion, supported by solid scientific research, that this is not the place to start as it is akin to trying to fix a leaky roof when the cause of the problem is the shifting foundation of the building. This is not to say that fatty acid testing does not have its place, it is the sequence of when the test is done that we feel is important.

Having said all of that, we worked for many months to develop a testing protocol for ASD children beginning with a Comprehensive Wellness Profile (blood test), Amino Acids in Plasma and an Organic Acid in Urine test complete with a multifactorial interpretive report such as our 3RPlus+.
